Returns Policy

Sorry that you are thinking of returning your order – we can take care of this.
You may return items purchased online within 21 days of delivery, in the original packaging and fit for resale.
To arrange a return, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Ensure the item is in its delivered form and original packaging, undamaged and not tampered with in any way.



Step 2 – Contact us with your details and original invoice number with a request for a return collection. Please provide any details relevant to the reason for return.



Step 3 – We will contact you to arrange a collection service and take payment for the applicable transport fee from your home address. We will refund your order but transport costs incurred, which can be as much as €110.00 per pallet in total, are non refundable.
Following the return of the product a refund will be issued within 10 working days of the goods being received, and will be done by the same method of payment.
